What We Do

At Switch Logistics, we are not only experienced in helping people get hired, we are experienced transportation professionals. What does that mean? It means we know what it's like to spend the night in truck stops, be teamed up with someone you've never met before and basically live with them for days on end. We know what it's like to pop a tire on a trailer at 70MPH. We've been there. This means when you tell us home time is a priority, we know why that's important and what employer can provide that to you. If you say "show me the money," we know what that means, and what employer can give you that. But, most importantly, we don't sugar coat anything. We know the life, and we can explain it to you better than a recruiting company that has never taken a semi through the Eisenhower tunnel in January, or across the George Washington Bridge during rush hour. 

We have relationships with many of the trucking companies and railroads across the country. When we reach out, they know we are providing them with pre-vetted candidates they can trust. We don't work for them, and we don't have contracts with them like other recruiting agencies do. This means, we can place you with who is best for you, not who is best for the recruiting agency. We know what is important to these companies, and what is important to you. With that information, we can make the right connections so you can begin your career.

We know their time is money and so is yours. As a result, we work to make sure you are completely prepared for whatever the process entails. We also empower you with the questions you should ask the company you are considering working for so you can feel comfortable with the fit.
